Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
My Keto ("the App") is operated by Prestige Worldwide Apps LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the App and the myketotracker.com website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account information
- Sign-in identifiers when you create an account with Apple, Google, or email (name and email address as shared by those providers).
- If you use the App as a guest, we create an anonymous account identifier on your device. You can later link it to an Apple or Google login without losing data.
2.2 Food and health tracking data you provide
- Meal photos, nutrition-label photos, and barcode scans you submit for analysis.
- Voice descriptions of meals (converted to text on your device or via your platform's speech services).
- Your food diary, saved foods and meals, recipes you import, and manually entered nutrition data including micronutrients.
- Health metrics you log: weight, water intake, blood ketone readings, and exercise.
- Profile details you choose to provide: sex, age, height, weight, goals, activity level, and keto preferences, used to calculate your macro targets.
2.3 Automatically collected information
- Device information (model, operating system, language) and app version.
- Usage analytics and crash reports (via Google Firebase).
- Purchase and subscription status (via RevenueCat and the app stores; we never see your payment card details).
- Install-attribution signals, only with your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS. If you decline, the App works exactly the same.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To analyze the food you scan and return nutrition estimates and keto verdicts.
- To keep your diary, history, and settings in sync across your devices.
- To calculate your personal macro targets and progress.
- To operate subscriptions and honor purchases, including purchases made in earlier versions of My Keto.
- To fix bugs, improve features, and understand which parts of the App are used.
- To respond when you contact support.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the App work:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy continues to apply to your data).
5. Data From Earlier Versions of My Keto
If you used My Keto before version 10, your existing account data (food log, saved meals and foods, weight, water, ketone, and exercise history, and premium status) is migrated to the current App infrastructure when you first sign in, so you keep your history. Nothing about the migration changes who can access your data.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, diary, photos, health metrics, and legacy data from our systems. Anonymized analytics may be retained. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
7. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access to production data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Access & export: export your data as a CSV file at any time from Settings.
- Deletion: delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account. This also removes data from earlier app versions.
- Correction: edit or delete any diary entry, measurement, or profile detail in the App.
- Tracking: decline the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt to prevent install attribution.
- Anonymous use: you can use the App without providing your name or email.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users, GDPR & CCPA
Your data is processed in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data on the legal bases of contract performance (providing the App), legitimate interests (improving and securing the App), and consent (tracking/attribution). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and non-discrimination; we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes are announced in the App or by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
