MyKeto provides tools and information related to ketogenic diet tracking, macro calculation, food logging, and nutritional education. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

MyKeto is offered for educational and entertainment purposes only, and in no way intends to diagnose, cure, or treat any medical or other condition.
The information provided through the Service, including but not limited to nutritional data, macro calculations, educational content about ketosis, and diet tracking tools, is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider prior to changing your diet or exercise plan and ask your physician any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information you have accessed through MyKeto. - Any errors in the Service will be corrected
- The nutritional data provided is completely accurate for all food items
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE APPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or made available through the Service
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting the app from your device. You may also request account deletion by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you and we agree otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prestige Worldwide Apps LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
